Merchant Account Management

My wife recently had the pleasure of working with a credit card processing company that goes by the name of Merchant Account Management. They are one of those processing companies that set up other companies with the ability to use credit cards and debit cards. One of the unique things about this company is they specialize in high risk. Which means they generally get just about anyone approved for accepting credit cards. If you are someone who is a high risk client and has had trouble obtaining the ability to accept credit cards, i suggest you try them first. They have a friendly staff and are very accessible.

Primary Pediatrics

I recently had the chance of visiting a pediatric care center in Macon, GA called Primary Pediatrics.  A friend had recommended a doctor that works there for my children's pediatrician and so I called and made an appointment.  Walking through the door for the first time, you immediately see a very large and beautiful salt water fish tank which I could not pull my kids away from.  As you walk in you can see the names of the doctors on plaques at the main check in desk so there is absolutely no confusion as to where you should go to check in.  You are then pointed to the doctors waiting room as each of them has their own.  Once I found my doctor's waiting room, I wandered around and checked out the others.  I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and spacious the waiting rooms were.  Not to mention the toys and flat screen tv's to keep the kids entertained.  Even the walls are lit up with life as most of them have some sort of mural painted on them.  My wait was minimal and my doctor did not disappoint either.   All in all, my first visit was a very positive one and pretty much ensured that I have found my children's permanent pediatrician.

Macon Physical Therapy Group

This is the first of what I hope to be many write ups regarding new or old businesses in Macon, Georgia. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Sammy Bonfim, owner/operator of Macon Rehabilitation and Performance Services. Macon Rehabilitation and Performance Services or MRPC is a physical therapy group that opened its doors in June of 2008.

Mr. Bonfim has practiced outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in Macon, Georgia for the past five years. His clinical interests include sports specific upper/lower extremity stability training, core lumbopelvic and scapular stabilization, extremity and spinal mobilization, spinal instability, biomechanical analysis of the foot & ankle, industrial rehabilitation and ergonomics, functional capacity testing, and impairment/disability rating/calculations. Not only does Sammy have a wealth of knowledge in physical therapy but his office has state of the art equipment with which to work with.

Upon visiting the facility I was greeted by Sammy's front office manager, Terry. She was very warm and welcome and made me feel right at home. My wait time was minimal and was very pleased with how I was treated while there. I also found out that if I had called prior to my visit, I would have been told to visit their website www.rehabandperformance.com and I would have been able to download paperwork that would have speeded up my visit even more.
